Frame
The welding frame type integrated advanced design, beautiful appearance,no welding deformation, high strength, high assembly accuracy, to provide a stable working environment for the whole equipment, the frame is equipped with load-bearing adjustment feet, used to adjust the level of the equipment, while easy to carry.

Powder Laying System
The special powder used for forming is evenly paved to the forming plane, which is composed of precision linear guide rail, powder laying carand high-precision servo motor, reducer, coupling, etc. The powder laying adopts bidirectional powder laying mode, which has high powder laying efficiency, stable and reliable structure and easy maintenance.

Automatic Feeding System
The special powder is transported to the powder laying system to realizethe continuous supply of powder laying system.

Forming Cylinder System
It is composed ofmolding chamber, substrate,piston heating device, precision ball screw, high precision servomotor and precision reducer, etc. The molding chamber adopts high sealing structure design to ensure the rigidity, accuracy and sealingof the molding chamber. The piston heating device realizes powder preheating, reduces the residual stress of forming parts, and can fully meet the needs of processing technology.

Powder Recovery System / Auxiliary Machinery
It can be divided into powder absorbing machine, powder screening machine, powder feeding machine, torealize the isolation of people and powder, greatly improve safety in the case of convenient operation, and lay the foundation for 3D printing automation.

Optical Path System
It is composed of a new generation of semiconductor pumped single-mode continuously doped fiber lasers in the near-infrared spectral range (1060~1080nm) and a variable focusing 20-bit resolution high-performance optical scanning system, all using products from theworld's top suppliers.

Gas Purge System
Using a closed cycle purification method, the atmosphere in the boxunder the action of the peripheral circulation pump, through the outlet filter, purification unit, inlet filter and then into the box, continuous cycle purification, so that the oxygen content index in the box long-term operation at the set level without replacement gas, easy to operate, long service life,
high work efficiency. The air pressure in the box is arbitrarily set within the setting interval, and automatic pressure regulation is adopted.

Water-cooling System
The use of high-end laser water cooler allows the equipment to start quickly at different temperatures throughout the year, saving startup preparation time. The water cooling system has an intelligent control function, which can automatically control the circulating water temperature according to the set temperature to ensure the long-term safe and stable operation of the equipment.

Control System
It isdivided into upper control software and electrical control system. The upper control softwareis completely developed by the company, which hasa friendly interface and user-friendly operation, and can set the molding process parameters and equipment operation parameters. The electrical control system adopts international first-line brands, which is responsible for communication with the industrial computer, controlling the moving parts and the action of the executive mechanism,collecting sensor signals such as position switches, anddoing logical interlock control in the program to realize the automatic coordinated operation of the entire workstation. When the equipment is abnormal during processing, the system can realize automat- ic alarm.
